It seems like this goes hand in hand with 15:22, the entry from yesterday, plans fail when there is no councel, but with many advisors they succeed. People have all kinds of ideas about how their going to live their life and deal with everyday situtations, and there are many others who have faced the same situation with advice to give. If someone isn't able to hear advice from those who have walked the same sort of road or head a rebuke if their headed the wrong way they are being foolish.
